About the Global Brand Partnerships Team & Role

  • In today’s digital landscape, global brand growth is no longer driven by a single channel. It is built through the seamless integration of creators, content, PR, and media.
  • The BorderX Global Brand Partnerships Team connects global creators with the cultural context of each market to design scalable brand narratives — and amplifies them through content, media, and PR to drive tangible business results.
  • As a Global PR & Media AE, you will play a key role in helping brands establish credibility and position themselves effectively in global markets, while driving visibility through strategic media and communication.

How You’ll Grow

  • Build hands-on experience in global media PR by collaborating with leading media outlets, editors, and PR agencies across markets.
  • Gain end-to-end exposure to global PR and media execution — from press release development to securing coverage and analyzing performance.
  • Experience BorderX’s Global-Native culture by working alongside team members from diverse backgrounds, while developing a global perspective rooted in collaboration and cultural understanding.

What You’ll Own

  • Develop global media PR communication strategies and annual planning.
  • Manage relationships and communication with international media, journalists, and global PR agencies/partners.
  • Secure global media coverage and monitor campaign performance.
  • Conduct research on global media and PR trends, and derive insights for reporting and strategy development.

What You’ll Bring

  • Interest in and understanding of PR, media communication, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and respond appropriately in different situations.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on PR experience or exposure to PR across various industries or brands (including internships).
  • Experience working with international media and global partners.
  • A passion for new challenges and growth within a global team environment.
  • Experience in organizing local offline events or media/influencer invitation projects.
  • Proactive and outgoing communication style with strong collaboration skills.
